- You will not autosurf and open a new tab or window so you can do other business online

- If your account was deleted you cannot resign up unless approved to
- any false information provided when signing up will give you instant account termination

What types of accounts do you offer ?

- Basic Account : the basic account earns you either 0.75 credits (hits) for each site you view, and it remains FREE of charge. Credits(hits) are automatically assigned to your enabled site(s). Basic accounts are great but you won't get the special perks that you would get with a silver or a gold account

- Silver Account : the silver account earns you 2 credits (hits) for each site you view. Upgrade to silver account is only $4 US per month and you can upgrade at members only page. Credits(hits) are automatically assigned to your enabled site(s). With a silver account you get special perks all the time. You automatically get 2,000 free credits a month at the the beginning of every month. When you first sign up to a silver account you will get your first 2,000 credits free as a sign on bonus. Plus we offer so many other things with a silver account.

- Gold Account : the gold account earns you 5 credits (hits) for each site you view, depends on how you setup your browser (minimized or maximized). Upgrade to gold account is only $6 US per month and you can upgrade at members only page. Credits(hits) are automatically assigned to your enabled site(s). With a gold account you get special perks all the time. You automatically get 5,000 free credits a month at the the beginning of every month. When you first sign up to a silver account you will get your first 5,000 credits free as a sign on bonus. Plus we offer so many other things with a silver account.

- All accounts are able to add up to 10 different urls. If you want to delete one or more of your sites please notify us at The_matt2004@hotmail.com stating which website you want us to delete and give us your user id for verification purposes.
- All accounts are able to change the status to/from "enabled" and "disabled".

How do I earn hits for my site(s)?

When you join, you will get a surf URL with your ID that collects hits for your site. Which means that you start your automatic surfing by just sitting in front of your screen and watching the homepages coming up on your screen. Every 25 seconds you will see new homepage. Depending on how you have your your browser setup (min/max), you will receive 3 hits to your own site for every 4 pages that you view using the surf URL in the case of Basic Account.

What are Credits(hits)?

You can earn credits(hits) three different ways; you can purchase credits, earn credits from your referrals, and earn credits by viewing the sites. Remember you can earn more credits by maximizing the browser and upgrading to either Silver or Gold Accounts.

How do I change my account information?

- Login to your Member Area and click on your "Name". From there you can change your name, password, share email status, browser and category setup.

How do I change my email?

- Login to your Member Area and click on your "Email". From there you can change the email address and we will send you confirmation email to verify your new email address. Your new email address will not changed until you have verified the email with the change code.

What are the Status for my sites?

- Disabled : your site is disabled
- Enabled : your site is approved and is part of the site rotation
- Waiting : your site is waiting for approval by the Top Auto Hits support team

I signed up, however no credits were used, what happen?

- The site must get approved by the Top Auto Hits support team usually. If there are no problem with the terms and conditions of your site the support team will approve your site and notify you by email. Also make sure you check the state of your sites in the members area, your site must be "enabled" to get credits. Lately we have been auto approving all sites so they get into rotation immediately once you add your site. But we will take a look at ever site that is on our list to see if they violate any terms and conditions. You cant get away with placing a site up that violates our terms and conditions because we personally look at each site and our users always report bad websites.

What do I do if I see a site that your terms and conditions?

- Please report to the our support team at topautohits@topautohits.com, we'll even give you 100 free credits for reporting those sites. If you falsely report a website that goes against our terms and conditions you will get one warning and the second time it happens your account will be deleted. If you are not 100% sure if it breaks our terms and conditions you wont get in trouble if it doesn't as long as you are being honest about thinking it is breaking the terms and conditions

JavaScript and other errors halt my auto surfing, how can I stop this?

- For Internet Explorer users, click on the "Tools" menu and go down to "Internet options". Go to the "Advanced" tab and under the "Browsing" category, check the checkbox labeled "Disable script debugging". This should be prevent from auto surfing halt.

What is selling credits to admin supposed to be?

- Well the name kind of gives it away. Some people only want to use this website to surf to earn credits. Our site is not a scam and we will pay unlike 90% of the other auto surf website out there who don't. We pay half of the lowest cost per 1,000 website views in the buy credits in the buy credits menu. So currently the lowest is $0.80 so you will get half of that which is $0.40. We are trying to make the amount higher right now but gives us another 5 months and we will get that price at least triple of what is is now.

How do I delete on of my sites I currently have placed on your site?

-All you have to do is email us at The_matt2004@hotmail.com or use the contact us form and tell us what website you want deleted and send us your id number for verification purposes. Then your website will be deleted within 24 hours or less.
